Hepatitis C testing and awareness raising session took place on Wed 19th November at the Pakistani Muslim Centre in Sheffield by Hep C Trust.

The Hep C Trust has a range of services and projects that provide support, information and representation for people living with the virus. They have specialist workers to offer support in the South Asian communities. Committed to raising awareness and removing the stigma by highlighting the advantages of being tested and treated and currently run events nationwide and support service users with pathways to treatment.  

It is crucial we all get tested early diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis C can save lives, without having the Hep C antibody test the virus can’t be detected. Living with Hep C long term caused liver damage, liver cirrhosis or liver cancer. Get tested and get treated its free.
